Florencia Diment is pursuing a degree in cinema and performing arts from the University of Buenos Aires. She is a professional with a wide range of experience in the development of non-formal education projects for children, teens and adults. She worked at the Jewish Museum of Buenos Aires as a tour guide and later became coordinator of the education department, designing educational programs and special activities, and training the guides and facilitators. She has additional training in nonformal education, recreation, and dance and movement, and combines all of this knowledge in her work on education and the design of experiences. She is also a researcher at AICA – Centro Cultural de la Cooperación Floreal Gorini, where she studies the role of theater practices in museums. Currently she is a member of the Red MUS, which develops collective projects for museums, and serves as director of the Non-Formal Education Department in Community El Jai Bialik Devoto.
