Gonzalo Martínez
Gonzalo is a Senior Exhibit Designer and Architectural Technologist. Since joining Reich+Petch (a boutique design consultancy) in 2005, he has become an integral member of the team utilizing his extensive working experience and applying rigor to documentation processes for production, supervision, and contract administration across a broad range of exhibit design and architectural projects.
Gonzalo’s exhibit work includes four galleries at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC: Hall of Human Origins, Korea Gallery, Butterflies Hall, and the Museum’s newest gallery currently under construction entitled Deep Time. Some of Gonzalo’s other notable exhibit work includes: Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Virginia Museum of Natural History in Virginia, Cayman Motor Museum in the Cayman Islands, Fort York Visitor Centre in Toronto and Sunnylands Center & Gardens in California.
