I am Indigenous Ebera Katío of Alto Sinú, I was born in the indigenous reservation of the same name in 1985. In 2005 and 2006, after finishing high school, I was a
teacher of our communities. In 2007 I moved to the city of Medellín to begin studies in Law. In 2013 I returned to the municipality of Tierralta and continued my studies at the University of Sinu. In 2015, I worked as an indigenous liaison for Programs More Families in Action. In January 2015, I was appointed legal representative of the Emberá Katíos High Councils Association of Alto Sinú, which represents approximately 1300 indigenous people, a position that I have occupied to date. Since 2013 in this Association has been developed different projects among which the construction of the Jomau Community Museum of - House of All - stands out.
In December of 2016 I was part of a study commission that traveled to Germany in order to find places of memory to contribute to the implementation of peace
policies. He is currently working with the UN in the World Food Program and I a part of the National Coordinating Commission of Special Indigenous Jurisdiction and the Ordinary Jurisdiction.
