She is an educator with experience in the design and management of training processes for educational mediators outside the school environment. She also has experience in the design and realization of experiences that foster interest and construction of knowledge. She enjoys interacting with children and young people and recognizes the importance of self-reflection and teamwork. She is currently the Education Coordinator at the Museo de Antioquia, where she promotes the design, implementation and transformation of pedagogical intentions, premises and strategies in the Education Area and each of its programs.
She studied Product Design Engineering at Universidad EAFIT and holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Human Development from the Centro Internacional de Educación y Desarrollo Humano (CINDE), in collaboration with the Universidad de Manizales. Her thesis project focused on understanding the political subjectivities of young people and their relationship with critical interculturality, implementing autobiographical narratives as a research methodology. She studied the Waldorf Pedagogy at the Centro Humanístico Micael and worked as an actress for over five years in a professional theater group in Medellín, a time in which she took several courses and workshops in Theater Improvisation and Theater of the Oppressed.
