Tickets are sold out

To ensure dialogue and exchange among attendees, Reimagining the Museum has limited vacancies. Tickets to attend the 2019 edition of the conference are sold out.

All sessions will be videotaped in Spanish and English and posted at https://youtube.com/fundaciontypa.  In 2021 we will continue the saga.

Logistical Information

Reimagining the Museum is a three-day program (November 20-22) with two optional days (November 19 and 23) to participate in planned pre- or post-visits to museums and cultural spaces in Oaxaca.

Registration includes lunches and coffee breaks, access to all sessions and beverages in the afternoons, as well as bus transportation in the morning and afternoon from strategic points in the city to the conference center. Oaxaca is a busy tourist center, so we recommend making your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

The conference headquarters is the Cultural and Convention Center of Oaxaca located in the Parque de las Canteras, just 10 minutes by car from the city center. Bus transportation to the convention center will be provided each day of the conference from strategic locations in the city center. Some activities will take place in museums and cultural spaces in the city of Oaxaca.
