Waldini Ortega

Waldini Ortega is a cultural manager, communicologist and General Director of a children’s museum. He has worked in the museum sector for 9 years. He has collaborated in the production of educational content and programs in the cultural field for the private sector. His passions are music and museums, especially the one he directs. He believes that there is no better investment than that which goes to children and culture. He is currently the Director of the Museo Infantil de Oaxaca (MIO), a project of the Fundación Alfredo Harp Helú Oaxaca, born from the spirit of its people and their expressions. The museum’s team intends to bring the life and work of the Oaxacan painter Rufino Tamayo to every corner of Oaxaca, through the didactic exhibition that is currently on display in the museum.
